Ian Davies is a specialist Matrimonial Lawyer and a member of the high net worth family team specialising in high value divorce cases.
He has significant experience in representing high net worth individuals with large asset bases and in dealing with Forces Pension Schemes, most notably the Police Pension Scheme. He is establishing a client base in the locality of South Bucks and London, whilst also retaining contacts in North Bucks and further afield.
Ian works actively with Shon Roberts within the department who is recognised as an expert in his field by Chambers and the Legal Experts Directory.
Member Ian has been a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel since 2006 which recognises expertise in the field of Matrimonial Law and is also a member of Resolution (formerly Solicitor's Family Law Association) which promotes good practice and the constructive resolution of family disputes.
