OnIT are based in Chesham, Bucks, and we've been providing IT support for more than 7 years.
We've grown through word-of-mouth recommendations and pride ourselves on our high-level of customer service and support.

Helpdesk
Our helpdesk service forms the core of our support contract services providing you with remote support from 9am until 6pm Monday to Friday.
We provide assistance over the phone and via remote access software to control your computer from our office - approximately 90% of all problems can be resolved in this manner.
We don't set a limit on call length or frequency and this service is available from £15* per month per workstation.
If we're unable to resolve your issue remotely we'd then agree the next course of action and - if required - we're happy to send one of our engineers to your site to solve your problem.
Our preferential call-out rate for our remote support contract customers is £65* per hour.
We offer a full support contract which covers on-site visits - where remote solutions are not possible - available from £25* per month per workstation.
We provide a remote support contract for servers which includes 24/7 monitoring, installation of updates and service packs and - if you have a Microsoft Small Business Server which is used for email with Exchange - we'll manage your email services.
We'll carry out other day-to-day administration tasks, such as setting up new users or resetting passwords, with this combined service available from £100* per month per server.
We also offer a full support contract for servers - which includes on-site visits where remote solutions are not possible - available from £200* per month per server.

Backup and Business Continuity
We have two secure backup services - one for servers and one for workstations – which work by taking backups at regular pre-agreed intervals and sending it to our servers over the Internet.
Your information is encrypted before it is sent to us and we then use this data to restore your files at any time or when problems occur.
We provide additional disaster recovery protection for your servers and if a server fails – for whatever reason - we'll provide you with a loan server with your last backup – including all your data and applications - pre-installed.
We deliver your new loan server, connect it and get your IT systems back up and running within 8 business hours after being notified of any problems.
Our backup service is available from £10* per month per workstation and £150* per month per server with our disaster recovery option on offer for an additional £100* per month per server.

Email and Spam Protection
Our email protection product not only protects you from spam but ensures you don't lose any messages if your Internet connection fails.
If your emails can't be delivered, our SpamGuard software will store and send them once the issue has been resolved ensuring none of your vital messages and communications are lost.
This service is available from £250* per year for up to 20 employees.
